Regulatory approval obtained in France (2007 September)

Elicityl’s frost protectant PEL101GV has obtained the authorisation for commercialisation from the French Ministry of Agriculture. This important regulatory approval (AMMP n° 2070108) was delivered after more than one and a half year of examination. A special regulatory category was defined for this purpose, classified as vines / treatment of aerial parts / frost protection.
With this approval, the natural origin of the product, its innocuousness to the environment and to humans and its positioning for sustainable farming have been officially recognised. The application for organic label certification has already been filed.

Approval and commercialisation launched in New Zealand

The PEL101GV has been approved for use by the New Zealand authorities and classified as “non-hazardous” by ERMANZ – thereby confirming the classification of the product in France.
